Abuja Police appoint CSP Abdullahi Isa as Utako Division DPO
CSP Abdullahi Isa has been appointed the new Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Utako Division, Abuja, following his elevation from his previous position as DCO 1 in the division.
His appointment places him at the helm of one of the busiest police divisions in the Federal Capital Territory, where he is expected to strengthen community policing, improve operational efficiency, and enhance security across the area.
Drawing from his experience and familiarity with the division, CSP Isa is expected to deepen collaboration with residents, community leaders, traders and transport operators to address security challenges through proactive policing.
He is also recognised for maintaining a cordial relationship with the media, a quality expected to promote transparency, timely public communication and greater trust between the police and the communities they serve.
His leadership is widely anticipated to reinforce peace, order and effective policing within the Utako Division.
